Felipe Drugovich will make his Formula E race debut in Berlin for Mahindra, replacing the reigning Formula E world champion Nyck de Vries due to a scheduling conflict. Drugovich, the 2022 Formula 2 champion, will compete in both races at the Tempelhof Airport circuit on July 12 and 13. Having previously tested Formula E cars and showcasing strong performance during the 2023 Berlin Rookie Test, Drugovich caught the attention of Mahindra Racing and will partner with full-time driver Edoardo Mortara. With podium finishes already this season, Mahindra Racing aims to continue their success and leverage Drugovich’s talent for the upcoming races. Norman Nato’s absence will see Sergio Sette Camara step in as his replacement for the Nissan team during the Berlin rounds.
